In our New York studio, we practice the deliciously old-fashioned art of decoupage — one glass tray at a time. This piece, emblazoned with the tender wish “May love and laughter light your days, and warm your heart and home,” is both invitation and incantation — a little altar to joy, made to live wherever warmth is welcome.

Each tray is handcrafted on cream-colored glass using time-honored techniques, finished with a felted back and signed by Ben himself (a wink from the maker). It’s food safe, wipeable, and perfectly suited to serve cocktails, cradle keys, or simply be admired.

Equally happy perched on a gallery easel or hung like fine china, it arrives with a charmingly folded note that tells the story of how it came to be — a quiet homage to the French tradition of découpage, and to the homes that make us feel most alive.
